Anyone record any sound samples or video from the Synth convention in Renton?

I'm stuck here in Tucson, AZ finishing a thesis. But I'm dying to here more samples of the MMM.

Thanks

Eric

Stephen did.

He recorded everything that happened. So, I imagine that he's trying to sort through it all. He'll post them.

Also, William, of "Inside Synthesis" http://insidesynthesis.blogspot.com/
took the prototype after the meeting to make a couple of synth vids.

Check out his work. It's really well done.

William sent me a sneak peek this morning of a tune performed entirely on the MMM. I think you'll be impressed with that.

I've got about 45 minutes of video and about 2 hours of audio to go through. I'll try to make a few 10 minute videos for youtube. I ran the audio directly from the MMM.

Stephen just posted the MMM debut video montage at the PNW AH/SDIY on YouTube

http://youtube.com/watch?v=e25n2Me1vqo

The music was composed by William Horne and played exclusively on the MMM. I'm assuming he multi-tracked. LOL

I was impressed with the sounds he pulled out of it.

Kudo's William and Stephen!

the youtubification of the video really killed it ... here is a locally hosted one that looks and sounds much better:

Looks like a fun event. Thanks for putting the vid and sound together. Nice Erasure-esqe jam and multi-angles and close-ups with people using the unit help to show just how compact it is.

Didn't put it up on that lazy susan though.. hmm. It would've been just like a car show with it slowly turning around as people walked by. Wink

Gee,

If I had two of them I would have followed your suggestion. Smile

Maybe even hire a car show girl to do the "ta-da" hand sweep.
