Power supply locator

The recommended power supply is a 50W external supply capable of powering up to 36 Mattson Modules.

The power supply is available on the shopping cart as a convenience accessory but, customers are encouraged to order one directly from the suppliers. This will allow you to purchase them at the same price that we do and help save on freight.

The power supplies are RoHS compliant and can be used on any voltage from 90 VAC to 264 VAC from 47 to 63 Hz. So it really makes for a nice, universal power supply. The customer just needs to grab the power cord that matches their AC socket.
